Our NCFE CACHE UAE Centre Manager and tutor, based at our head office in Dubai, with a Masters degree in Individual and Organisational Development from the University of Westminster, London, was previously the NCFE CACHE International Partnership Development Director based in London.
Lynne is an experienced and qualified External Quality Assurer and is the Lead IQA for the Centre. With a background in leadership, organisational and individual development, she is seen as an expert in her field.
Lynne has worked in adult and further education in the UK for many years, specialising in vocational training in leadership and management and is a qualified executive coach.
She actively champions women’s professional and personal development and has a women’s personal development book published as well as being an active writer of articles in early years practice.
