Learning

Learners must achieve 90 credits across a range of units.We use blended learning and assessment methods including an eLearning platform, support from a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals and interactive workshops. Learners also undertake a research project that develops their project and research skills and helps their academic writing and critical thinking skills.

Assessment

Units will be assessed using a range of assessment methods, including a portfolio of evidence and completion of tasks in the workplace.

Learners who complete this qualification:

Will gain a Level 5 CACHE approved by KHDA

Will be qualified to work as a manager, deputy manager, or assistant manager in early years settings

Will gain the knowledge of children aged birth to 18 years

Will be able to progress to a Foundation Degree validated by Birmingham City University in the UK or a degree in a related area

Entry Requirements:

Learners must be at least 19 years old hold a Level 3 qualification or above in a related area

Learners must be currently working in a leadership or management role

Learners should have a laptop, internet connection and an email account

Learners should have good reading, writing communication in English

Learners must pass an entry test to be eligible for the course
