The CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce prepares learners to become Early Years Educators, enabling them to work with children from birth to 5 & gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years.

Qualification Structure: The CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce focuses on 4 themes:

Theme 1: Health and well-being

Theme 2: Legislation, frameworks and professional practice

Theme 3: Play, development and learning for school readiness

Theme 4: Professional development

Learning and Assessment

Learners must achieve 23 mandatory units, attending group classes 2 afternoons per month, and complete online study for approximately one year. A team of highly skilled professionals will conduct the training. Assessment takes place through a variety of ways including portfolio evidence, direct observation of practice in work, and a comprehensive study of two children in their care.

Learners who complete this qualification:

Gain an internationally recognised Level 3 CACHE qualification approved by Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA)

Will be able to work as a lead teacher in a nursery or kindergarten with children aged birth to 5

Will gain the knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years

Entry Requirements:

Learners must be at least 18 years of age

Learners must have completed a Certificate in Early Years Care or equivalent or be prepared to volunteer in an early years setting prior to starting the course to gain some experience

Learners must be working/volunteering with children between 0-5 years

Learners should have an email account & access to a laptop with internet connection.
